Ingredients
  

  • ½ C butter
  • C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 ⅓ C Grandpa's Kitchen Flour Blend
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¾ C sour cream

Sour Cream Frosting

  • ¼ C shortening
  • ¼ C butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 C powdered sugar
  • ¼ C sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  • In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas and vanilla, mix until well blended. 
  • In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  • Add to sugar mixture alternating with sour cream. Mix until well blended. Spread in greased cookie sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.

Sour Cream Frosting

  • Mix together shortening, butter, vanilla and sour cream, add powdered sugar and spread evenly over cooled squares.
    *Note: can use cream cheese frosting as well
