Buttermilk Drop Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ c Grandpa's Kitchen Flour Blend
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ c oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ c buttermilk or sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stir until blended. Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 large biscuits.
