Buttermilk Drop Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • Cup Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Cream of Tarter
  • 1 Lg. Egg Slightly Beaten
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ½ Cup Buttermilk or Sour Cream

Instructions
 

  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • Add wet ingredients and stir until blended.
  • Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes

Makes 6 to 8 large biscuits.
