
Buttermilk Drop Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1¼ c Grandpa's Kitchen Flour Blend
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Cream of Tarter
- 1 large egg Slightly Beaten
- ¼ c Oil
- ½ c Buttermilk or Sour Cream
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until blended.
- Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes

Makes 6 to 8 large biscuits.
