Chunky Cinnamon Applesauce

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Granny Smith apples
  • 2 Tbsp margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • C sugar
  • ¾ C apple juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel and quarter apples. 
  • Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on high setting 1 ½ to 2 hours or until apples begin to break up.  Stir well to break up larger pieces of apple.
  • Serve warm or chilled.  To chill, cook about 2 hours, then spoon sauce into containers, cover and refrigerate until cooled
