
Chunky Cinnamon Applesauce
Ingredients
- 8 Granny Smith apples
- 2 Tbsp margarine, melted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅔ C sugar
- ¾ C apple juice
Instructions
- Peel and quarter apples.
- Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high setting 1 ½ to 2 hours or until apples begin to break up. Stir well to break up larger pieces of apple.
- Serve warm or chilled. To chill, cook about 2 hours, then spoon sauce into containers, cover and refrigerate until cooled
