Coconut Crunch Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C softened butter
  • ¾ C sugar
  • ¾ C packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 2 C flaked coconut
  • 1 pkg chocolate chips
  • C chopped almonds
  • 2 C GK Flour Blend

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.  Beat in eggs and extracts. 
  • Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, gradually add to cream mixture, mix well.  Stir in coconut, chocolate chips, and almonds.  
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
