
Coconut Crunch Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 C softened butter
- ¾ C sugar
- ¾ C packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- 2 C flaked coconut
- 1 pkg chocolate chips
- 1½ C chopped almonds
- 2 C Grandpa's Kitchen Flour Blend
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and extracts.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, gradually add to cream mixture, mix well. Stir in coconut, chocolate chips, and almonds.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
