
Grandpa’s Kitchen Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 C Grandpa's Kitchen Flour Blend
- 1 small pkg vanilla pudding mix
- ½ tsp salt optional
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 C butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- ¾ C granulated sugar
- ¾ C light brown sugar
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- 12oz pkg chocolate chips
- 1 C nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir together flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt in mixing bowl.
- In large mixing bowl cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until moist.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
Notes
I have found I get the best results if I chill the dough first for at least two hours, or overnight is been perfect.
