Grandpa’s Kitchen Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 C Grandpa's Kitchen Flour Blend
  • 1 small pkg vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ tsp salt optional
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 C butter, softened 
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ C granulated sugar
  • ¾ C light brown sugar
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • 12oz pkg chocolate chips
  • 1 C nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Stir together flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt in mixing bowl. 
  • In large mixing bowl cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until moist. 
  • Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. 
  • Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.

Notes

I have found I get the best results if I chill the dough first for at least two hours, or overnight is been perfect.
