- 2 Eggs
- Diced Peppers
- Sliced Green Onions
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- Bacon Bits
- Grated Cheese
- Diced tomatoes
- Put two eggs, 1 Tbsp milk, and your favorite ingredients in a microwavable mug or bowl.
- With a fork mix together until well combined.
- Microwave on high for 45 seconds.
- Take out, mix again, and put back in the microwave for another 45 seconds or until eggs are done. Top with grated cheese and any fresh ingredients you want.
