Microwave Omelets

  • 2 Eggs
  • Sausage
  • Diced Peppers
  • Sliced Green Onions
  • Zucchini
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • Bacon Bits
  • Hashbrowns
  • Spinach
  • Grated Cheese
  • Diced tomatoes


  • Put two eggs, 1 Tbsp milk, and your favorite ingredients in a microwavable mug or bowl. 
  • With a fork mix together until well combined.
  • Microwave on high for 45 seconds. 
  • Take out, mix again, and put back in the microwave for another 45 seconds or until eggs are done. Top with grated cheese and any fresh ingredients you want.
