  • ½ c melted butter
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ c sugar
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 ½ c GK flour blend
  • Zest from 1 orange
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • Juice from 1 orange
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 c craisins


  • n a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. In a large bowl whisk butter, sugar, sour cream, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Mix in dry ingredients until moistened. If batter is too thick add a little extra milk. Fill muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.


Note: do not use store bought orange zest, it does not add any flavor and is a waste of money
