Peanut Butter Cookies

Classic peanut butter cookies made extra special with the addition of a Milk Dud or chocolate kiss in the middle.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ C butter or margarine
  • ½ C peanut butter
  • ½ C sugar
  • ½ C brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1¼ C Grandpa's Kitchen Flour Blend
  • ¾ tsp soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Milk Duds or Hershey Kisses

Method
 

  1. Mix butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla.  Then add dry ingredients; blend into creamed mixture.  Shape into 1-inch balls.  Roll in sugar; add Milk Duds in the middle.  Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
