Peanut Butter Oatmeal Rounds

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ C butter
  • ½ C peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1⅓ C GF flour blend
  • 1 C sugar
  • ½ C brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 C oatmeal
  • 1 C chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together.  You should cream butters and eggs then add sugar and other ingredients. 
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes (if dough is frozen, if not, 8 minutes is usually enough).

Note: This recipe does not have salt added.
